Language competency is achieved through exposure and communication. Thus, we aim to maximize student speaking time in the class.
Students speak Vietnamese from day one.
Vietnamese is not just the subject of the class. It’s the environment of the class. The use of English and other languages is kept to a minimum.
We teach authentic Southern dialect Vietnamese. Our aim is to equip people to understand and communicate with real Vietnamese people. (Not characters in textbooks!)
Each of our teachers has at least one of the following: a degree in languages or linguistics / a language-teaching certificate / a minimum 2 years’ language-teaching experience.
Our teachers are experienced language learners, as well as teachers. They each speak at least one or two second languages fluently.

Group class is available for students who want to study together. When paying for a group class, please pay for all students at the same time.
If you don't already have a group, no problem! Please fill in this form and let us know once you finished. We will share a spreadsheet with information of other students who are also looking for classmates. You can contact your best match, form a group and contact us later for a class
Pricing
In the interest of effective learning and teaching, here are our school regulations that we hope you will follow:
1. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Special rules for private classes:
* Occasional cancellations:
- 24-hour notification needs to be given to the teacher (via phone or email), otherwise the class will be charged as usual.
- An extension will be offered if the student cannot finish the course in time due to health problems, bad weather, business trips, etc. After this extension the remaining tuition fee becomes invalid.
01 week extension for : 5-hour course, 10-hour course (2 lessons or more per week);
02 week extension for : 10-hour course (1 lesson per week), 20-hour course (2 lessons or more per week), 24-hour course (2 lessons or more per week, 90 minutes/lesson);
03 week extension for: 24-hour course (1 lesson per week, 90 minutes/lesson).
- If for some reason you have to abandon the course before completion, no refund will be offered. However you have the option of nominating a replacement student who can attend the remaining lessons in your place.
* Rescheduling lessons:
If you have to skip a scheduled lesson but still want to complete the number of lessons in that week as scheduled, here are the alternatives:
a. have Skype classes when you're away, and / or
b. reschedule the lesson (if a suitable time can be agreed by the student and the teacher).
3. Special rules for group classes:
* Individual occasional cancellations:
Free make-up lessons in another group class MAY be offered, if a suitable class exists. If private make-up lessons are required, students will be billed at the private tutorial rate.
* Individual long-term cancellations:
Students can nominate another person to take their place in the class. Otherwise, after the duration of the course, the remaining tuition fee will become invalid.
* Group cancellation:
- A written notice must be given to the teacher at least 01 week in advance. Otherwise, all the members of the group will be charged normally.
- The maximum of group cancellation is 2 times for the whole course. All the members of the group will be charged normally for each following group cancellation.
- If the teacher has to be absent for any reason, a substitute teacher or make–up class(es) will be arranged for the group.
